I first approached AT Pet Services in July 2025 about relocating my son's pet dog Shiju to Japan. Amos and Tony were helpful and shared with me many knowledge on Japan's strict import requirements. Tony, especially provided very useful information and guided me throughout the entire process. It is not all smooth sailing when it comes to dealing with the Japanese authorities, but Tony and Amos were always there to work through all the administrative matters. All that they have done relieved us of our stress and we appreciate them going above and beyond to deliver such outstanding service. Shiju arrived safely in Japan today. Tony updated me about Shiju from her touching down, to clearing paperwork and customs to the Japanese agent delivering Shiju to my son. I was so well-informed. We’ve just had our dog relocated from Singapore to Tokyo, and the whole process was incredibly smooth and efficient. I can’t thank the team enough for the support and professionalism throughout. Communication was clear and timely, everything was well organised, and they were always on point. We’ve done pet relocations four times across different countries, so we know how stressful it can be.
