I’m genuinely grateful and impressed with the quality of AT Pet Services.

Throughout the journey, the team was professional, attentive, and easy to work with. The team clearly understands the process well and guided me through each step, making everything feel much more manageable.

Ths cost estimates were transparent — the initial quote was clear and well explained, and the final invoice aligned closely with what was expected. It made the whole process feel very fair and trustworthy.

Amos and Tony did a great job coordinating and arranging all aspects of the journey smoothly, and it was clear they genuinely care about pets. I also really appreciated the extra effort the team put in to ensure everything went well until our pet was safely reunited with us.

Thank you again! I’d definitely recommend AT Per Services to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful pet service.

First time traveling with our cat, Mia, from Singapore to the UK via France and Le Shuttle. Thanks to Tony from AT Pet Services for his excellent guidance and for handling all the paperwork. The process was smooth, and the team was efficient and very helpful. Cat delivered safe and sound!

I first approached AT Pet Services in July 2025 about relocating my son's pet dog Shiju to Japan. Amos and Tony were helpful and shared with me many knowledge on Japan's strict import requirements. Tony, especially provided very useful information and guided me throughout the entire process.

It is not all smooth sailing when it comes to dealing with the Japanese authorities, but Tony and Amos were always there to work through all the administrative matters. All that they have done relieved us of our stress and we appreciate them going above and beyond to deliver such outstanding service.

Shiju arrived safely in Japan today. Tony updated me about Shiju from her touching down, to clearing paperwork and customs to the Japanese agent delivering Shiju to my son. I was so well-informed. I will definitely recommend AT Pet Services should anyone need a pet relocating agent.

We’ve just had our dog relocated from Singapore to Tokyo, and the whole process was incredibly smooth and efficient. I can’t thank the team enough for the support and professionalism throughout. Communication was clear and timely, everything was well organised, and they were always on point.

We’ve done pet relocations four times across different countries, so we know how stressful it can be. We initially considered another company in Singapore but quickly realised they weren’t up to standard, and switching to AT Pet was absolutely the right decision. Nothing ever felt impossible — they were proactive, flexible, and genuinely able to think outside the box.

Because we had a carer, everything had to be managed remotely, including taking Snowy to the vet on our behalf. AT Pet handled this seamlessly and independently, without needing us to chase or micromanage anything. That level of trust and reliability made a huge difference.

I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend AT Pet to anyone relocating a pet to or from Singapore. Truly top-notch service.

Thanks again! 🙏

PS: during transportation, they reassured us every step of the way, keeping us regularly informed with photos and videos. You can genuinely tell they love animals, and that made all the difference for us as owners — we knew Snowy was in safe, caring hands. All good vibes from start to finish.

I recently relocated my Husky, Zeus, from Singapore to Australia, and I couldn't be more thankful to AT Pet Services for making the entire pet relocation process smooth, professional, and stress-free.

From start to finish, they guided me through every step of the dog export process, including vet checks, quarantine requirements, customs paperwork, and crate training. What I appreciated most was their in-depth knowledge of Australia’s strict pet import rules and their constant updates that kept me informed and reassured.

Zeus arrived safe and happy in Melbourne, and it's clear he was well cared for during the journey. If you're looking for a trusted pet relocation expert in Singapore, especially for moving dogs to Australia, I highly recommend AT Pet Services. Their attention to detail and genuine care for animals makes them stand out in the industry.

Whether you're relocating a large breed like a Husky or any other pet internationally, this team knows exactly what to do. Five stars well deserved!

Our first time traveling with Mocha, our precious fur baby, was a worry-free, smooth and efficient journey thanks to Tony’s experience and knowledge of how the system works. The entry/exit paperwork alone would have been a major headache if not for his guidance. Truly impressive and indispensable. We’re already planning our next trip and using Tony’s services again.
